     Yes. You are not a tenant and your friend has abandoned the premises. If you do not move, the landlady can go to court to obtain an order to obtain possession of the premises. You may want to try to talk with the landlady. She might be willing to make a new tenancy agreement with you if she sees that you will be a responsible tenant.
