The Licence to Occupy outlines the terms and conditions that both the occupant and CFHA will abide by for the duration of the stay in the home. It specifies when and how the rent will be paid, the rules surrounding occupation of the home, the use of the housing unit for commercial reasons and other important conditions. In cases where the Licence to Occupy are not adhered to by the occupant, CFHA will take measures to rectify the situation. This may include, but is not limited to, advising the chain of command and/or invoking dispossession procedures against the offending occupant.
