Generally speaking, the landlord, or anyone acting for the landlord, can take pictures of the rental property. The landlord or the realtor must provide the tenant with written notice to enter. The tenant may want to take this time to make sure that any information, pictures and photographs are put away that the tenant does not want captured in a photo that will posted on the realtor’s website.
